sdk locationが指定されていない

本来，下記で指定されている場合は必要ないproperty設定なはずです．なお，Intellijで実行しているため，Android Studioとは若干表示が異なります．

対策

1. 指定された箇所に空のlocal.propertiesファイルを作成する
2. Sync Project with Gradle Filesを実行する

これを実行すると自動的にIDEのsettingから値を読みだして，local.propertiesに入力してくれます．
